
Luke Jensen has spent most of his professional career working in Lewiston and Auburn schools, with roles including 4th grade teacher, 5th grade teacher, 5/6 Special Education Resource Room teacher, Special Education Ed Tech, Suspension Program Coordinator, and as a substitute teacher at every school in Lewiston and Auburn
Luke also served on Lewiston’s School Committee from 2017 until 2020, and then on Lewiston’s City Council from 2020 until 2021. While on the School Committee, he chaired the Facilities Subcommittee, the Administrative Subcommittee (now called the Finance Subcommittee), and was also the original chairperson of the LHS Expansion and Improvements Subcommittee which resulted in the new wing at the high school.
Luke taught in Lewiston Public Schools until the end of this past school year, leaving to start a local business (Millbrick Media). He is a fifth-generation Lewiston resident and resides in the Brault Park neighborhood.
