Way too many of us are working our tails off yet still struggling to get by. Seniors on fixed incomes deal with rising expenses that don’t seem to stop rising. Young people are unable to save money in order to build a future for themselves. Families are pinching pennies just to afford basic needs like groceries and childcare. Our community’s schools are underfunded by the state and the impact on our local property taxes becomes more devastating with each passing year.
It’s not sustainable and it’s not acceptable. We deserve better, and that’s why I’m running.
